Melanie Henn is a licensed, bonded and insured Mortgage Planner with over twenty years of lending experience. As a Colorado Native and having grown up in Colorado Springs, Melanie started her banking and mortgage career soon after obtaining a double degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder in French and International Relations in 1991.Specializing in Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA and First Time Home Buyer Programs, Melanie prides herself in being her Clients' "Lender for Life." Her product knowledge, expertise and years of experience well-equip her to service her Clients needs in this ever changing and challenging market place.

As a trusted Mortgage Advisor,  Melanie believes in doing what is always in the best interest of the Borrower. Hence, her mortgage planning skills help her Clients make wise decisions for purchasing or refinancing and selecting the terms and programs that best fit their unique situation and needs. It is her passion and love of her job that drives her to break annual company production records year after year.

Married to Brent Henn, Melanie has a daughter named Hailey and a German Shepherd named Hera.  She enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and engages in extensive travel both domestically and internationally. 

She has lived and worked in other mortgage markets, including Portland, Oregon, Santa Fe, New Mexico and Durango, Colorado, thus giving her a broad base lending experience. 

Melanie is part of Business Network International, the Better Business Bureau, and is an Equal Opportunity Lender.  With the help of her Team, she closed in excess of $42 million in closed loans in 2009 and 2010 (over 210 transactions in two years). She attributes the success of her business based upon referrals from satisfied Clients and Referral Partners.
