Samantha Broughton is an experienced Loan Processor with over 9 years of experience which has greatly increased her product knowledge and fine tuned her problem solving skills. She is well-versed in FHA, VA, CHFA, Bond, Conventional and Jumbo financing.　

Throughout the years she has learned that customer service is the key to success. She is very supportive of the sales team and will be there to help anyway she can. Her number one priority is easing the strain and making the Mortgage Loan process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. She strongly believes in the power of communication and will keep everyone informed throughout the loan process to make sure all parties are always on the same page.

She is currently going to school to get her Bachelors Degree in Business with an Emphasis on Human Resource and will graduate in December 2012.

Married to Danny Broughton for 3 years, they have four dogs, Pongo, Canyon, Kali and Cooper. She enjoys working out, shopping, hiking and spending time with her friends and family. She grew up in Fairbanks, AK and moved to Colorado in July 2000 after graduating high school.
