El Paso County Bond Money is now available to qualified First Time Home Buyers! 

Rates with down payment assistant are currently at 4.75%.  Rates with borrower's own down payment are currently at 4.375%.  These rates are substantially lower than the current going rates, and lower than the current CHFA rates.

Income guidelines apply.  The borrower must have at least 1/2% invested into the transaction.
