When I met Matt and Marie C., they had just literally gotten off a plane from having spent 3 years in Germany and drove hundreds of miles to Colorado Springs where their new home, that they have never "met in person" before, was waiting for them.  Trish Flake with Main Street Brokers, LLC helped them find that perfect place and arranged for them to move in before they had actually closed on the loan.  For a Military family, moving alone can be stressful, but Trish made the process seamless. 

Having used their VA home loan and a Lender credit, they were able to purchase the home with no money out of pocket AND get their Earnest Money back, Home Inspection money back and have their HOA dues paid through January.  Since Matt will be deploying to Afghanistan for a year, this offers some financial relief so that they can focus on the important stuff:  owning their own home, moving in and enjoying their family.

Since I work with a great deal of VA families, I must say I have the utmost respect for them and what they go through. To be gone for an entire year puts a toll not only on the individual, but the families.  Many times, the wives make it alone with work, kids and making everything run seamlessly in their absence.  We are proud to be part of the important process of military home buying in the Colorado Springs area.  We are proud of our troops and thier families, and are thankful that they put such significant trust in us to get the job done.
