On Friday, I had the pleasure of closing a VA Home Loan Purchase for David and Leslie C.  (left).  With the help of their fantastic Realtor, Larry Emerson with Re/Max, the family was looking forward to moving in to their beautiful new home.  Their daughter spoke of the beautiful "blue room" that would soon be hers.  They were able to secure their dream of homeownership with No Money down, and Larry negotiated for the Sellers to pay 100% of their closing costs and prepaid items.  The best part?  They received their entiere Earnest Money Deposit back at time of closing!  What better way to buy a home?  It was less for them to get into than a rental, and they now have a home to call their own.  We love our Military!

Soon after, I attended a closing for Amanda Z.,  a first time Home Buyer who readily admits that she never thought she would be able to buy a home!hildren.  She was able to take advantage of the CHFA loan program (Colorado Housing Finance Authority) with only $1,000 out of pocket.  Amanda's Realtor, Cindy Linder, also with Re/Max, was there with she, her fiance Tony and their three kids every step of the way.  At the closing table, Amanda raved about the nearby park that the children were excited to run to as soon as they got moved in.  

These are only two of the many families I have helped to realize their dream of homeownership. Congratulations, David, Leslie & Amanda!!!
